A pool side bar to enjoy a lovely relaxing Goan evening. The villa is set amidst beautiful nature surrounded with lush tropical garden balanced with natural stone. Each of three bedrooms have been furnished with master beds, a sofa, a dresser, a wardrobe. All the bedrooms come equipped with a AC. A well tendered garden provides for an ample space to lounge around and have cozy dinner parties.

Our three bedroom Premium Beach Villas in Goa offer a spacious apex 2500 square feet of space, and are ideal for the extended family vacationer. Guests residing at this villa may avail, services of a butler (on demand only). Instructions for using the pool:

  1. Pool can be used at specific hours only.
  2. No diving is allowed in the pool.
  3. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children during the pool usage.
  4. Pool could be used only with swimming costumes.

IMPORTANT: There are no lifeguard services at the Pool and all persons using the pool or entering the pool area do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

  3. All the disputes (if any) are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
  4. All tariff quotations given are valid for 24 hours only.
  5. Tariffs are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  6. Check in is 1:30 p.m. Check out is 12:00 noon.
  7. More guests can be accommodated with extra charges.
  8. All persons with Indian Nationality must carry his / her Photo ID Proof i.e Voter ID Card, PAN Card or Driving License
    along with the Booking Confirmation Letter.
  9. All Non Resident Indians (NRI’s) must carry their Passport along with this Booking Confirmation Letter.
