One can do Mountaineering, trekking , playing squash and golf. The apartment is 5 minutes away from Kasauli Regency and ‘Hangout’, the rooftop night club widely regarded as the best in Himachal Pradesh. Also close by is Lawrence School, Sanawar and Kasauli Castle where one can enjoy an open air bar and restaurant. It is 10 minutes drive to Kasauli Mall Road. Chandigarh Airport is 60 Kms away. Kasauli is easily accessible through air, road and rail from the other major India cities.

The nearest railway station is at Kalka.

2 BHK Villa

Kasauli Clarks Villa is newly built. The balcony offers you spectacular valley view. The Bedroom has a king size double bed (sleeps two persons) and also a queen size sofa bed (sleeps one person) with a large spacious balcony and an attached washroom.

The other large room has a king size bed and 2 sofa beds (sleeps two persons) and a queen size sofa bed (sleeps one person), This room also has an attached washroom. At night, 3 persons can comfortably sleeps. Kasauli Clarks Villa accommodation is ideally suitable for a family of 6 persons.

As far breakfast is concerned eateries nearby who can deliver food upon request both Indian as well as Chinese (this is an independent arrangement between the guests and the eatery), also our home has a fully functional kitchen with utensils and cutlery in case you wish to cook for yourself.

Smoking is permitted only in the balcony. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Our Check-in timing is 1:30 pm and check-out is 12pm.
  2. Our tariff is based on 4 adults. After 4 adults each additional person will be charged Rs 850/- inclusive of all charges per person per night.
  3. Caretaker will clean the utensils only twice a day (Morning and Evening) if the guest desires the caretaker to visit for more than two times, caretaker will charge additional INR 250/-.
  4. Leaving a dirty kitchen at the time of check-out will invite a charge of INR 300/- (over and above Airbnb).
  5. Housekeeping will be done only once during the day at a mutually decided time between the caretaker and the guests.
  6. No pets allowed.
  7. All the disputes (if any) are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
  8. All tariff quotations given are valid for 24 hours only.
  9. All persons with Indian Nationality must carry his / her Photo ID Proof i.e Voter ID Card, PAN Card or Driving License along with the Booking Confirmation Letter.
  10. Tariffs are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  11. Our home is polythene free & a little free zone.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. The amount of advance will not be refunded if booking is cancelled at your end.
