About Independent Beach Serviced Accommodations:

Holidays… As you like it in Goa! Amrita Guest house offers you Premium Serviced Accommodations at Calangute Beach, the most happening place in North Goa. These accommodations are of Excellent quality with swimming pool and are at a Prominent location.

Each accommodation is of 2400-2200-1600-1200 square feet on each floor and fully air conditioned. Each accommodation comprises of 4-3-2-1 bedrooms with, living & dining room, modular kitchen (fully functional) with refrigerator, cooking range, microwave oven, grinder and toaster.

We have four different categories of independent serviced accommodation Standard, Deluxe, Jumbo Super Deluxe, and Penthouse.

builetThe location of the accommodations is unique. Both the beaches Calangute & Baga are equidistance with a straight walk of 8 minutes from our accommodation. You can even walk down to TITOS, CAPETOWN, MAMBOS Discs and Lounges, considered to be the famous places of Goa.

Our accommodations are 5 minutes walk to Calangute Beach and 10 minutes walk to Baga Beach, 12 minutes walk to Candolim Beach.

  5. Laundry facilities on demand.

Travel & Transport:

  1. Bike & Car rentals can be arranged.
  2. Taxi Service can be arranged on to-pay basis.
  3. Transfers, sightseeing with cruise can be arranged.
  4. Parking Facilities in premises.
  5. Airport pick-up drop on to pay basis

Instructions for using the pool:

  1. Pool can be used at specific hours only.

  2. No diving is allowed in the pool.

  3. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children during the pool usage.

  4. Pool could be used only with swimming costumes.

IMPORTANT: There are no lifeguard services at the Pool and all persons using the pool or entering the pool area do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The amount of advance will not be refunded if booking is cancelled at your end.

  2. The management reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking at any time without assigning any reason thereof.

  3. All the disputes (if any) are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

  4. All tariff quotations given are valid for 24 hours only.

  5. Tariffs are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  6. Check in is 1:30 p.m. Check out is 12:00 noon.

  7. More guests can be accommodated with extra charges.

  8. All persons with Indian Nationality must carry his / her Photo ID Proof i.e Voter ID Card, PAN Card or Driving License
    along with the Booking Confirmation Letter.

  9. All Non Resident Indians (NRI’s) must carry their Passport along with this Booking Confirmation Letter.
