FAQ for Goa Independent Serviced Accommodations/Villas

  • 1. How far are the accommodations from the Beach?

    Ans

      • Our Independent Serviced accommodations are at Seven Star location.
      • Accommodations are 5-8 minutes walk to Calangute Beach. Other beaches like Baga and Candolim are approx 10-12 minutes walk.
    • As far Villas are concerned, those are 10 minutes (approx) drive to the beach.
  • 2. What are the facilities / inclusions?

    Ans. Each accommodation has drawing, dining and fully- functional kitchen. All our accommodations are fully air-conditioned with swimming pool, express elevators, power backup, 24*7 security, and parking.

  • 3. Do you provide Breakfast / have any meal plan / Maid service?

    Ans.As far breakfast is concerned, we have fully-functional kitchen with complete cooking range / crockery / utensils and grocery stores are just outside the building which are open 24*7, from where you can buy the grocery and cook yourself Or Maid service can be provided on demand on to pay basis and their availability.

  • 4.How far are the Restaurants?

    Ans.There are 40 vegetarian / non-vegetarian restaurants of various types of food only few minutes’ walk away from our accommodations. Many of them are open 24*7. Food can be delivered in your room from any restaurant. As far Villas are concerned, Restaurants are approximately 5 minutes drive away.

  • 5. What is the cancellation policy?

    Ans. It is a non-cancellable and a non- refundable booking. We know that it sounds harsh, but we use this way for us to give you amazing deals.

  • 6. Can I reschedule my booking?

    Ans. Rescheduling is possible. If you want to make any amendments to your itinerary, please note that the rescheduling processing fee and tariff difference is applicable for making changes to the itinerary. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • 7. Swimming pool timings?

    Ans. If you want to use pool anytime, kindly make appointment with our attendant in Goa, and he will let you use the Pool. (Swimming pool cannot be used at night).

  • 8. Do Amrita Guest house have a right to cancel the booking?

    Ans. Management can cancel bookings primarily on account of unforeseen/ uncalled circumstances. In that case your booking amount will be refunded.

  • 9. Car / Scooty / Bike Rentals

    Ans. There are many Car and Bike rentals outside the building, can be arranged while you are there, depends upon the make and model of the vehicle. Usually they bargain.

  • 10. For Sight-Seeing in Goa?

    Ans.For sightseeing there are about twenty operators sitting outside the building, can arrange sightseeing trip as per your requirement. Usually they bargain. In that case best bet book it while you are there.

  • 11. Is pick up and drop service provided?

    Ans. We can do pick and drop but on to pay basis.

  • 12. Who does the house-keeping?

    Ans. House-keeping is being done by us. Toiletries and Towels, Extra beds will be made available at no extra cost.

  • 13. For pictures?

    Ans. Pictures on the website are the actual pictures. Kindly visit our picture gallery.

  • 14. Cooking gas?

    Ans.Cooking gas is on advance demand and on to pay basis
